5-19-23To whomever is the Reader: I once dated a foreign exchange student and she was very beautiful and had a great personality to which she showed me. We went out on a date and were together for a couple weeks but she said she wanted to break it off because she's going back to where she came from at the end of the year. Later on she dated another highschool student and told him the same thing but she came and told me that he was talking to other girls. She lacked communication skills and didn't want to say the truth (avoiding confrontation) to me it felt like. After that she love bombed her best friend for her to tell me that she had feelings for me. I have known her for a couple years and she was a good friend, then we dated because I said yes. She was my everything, I gave everything she wanted and asked for too her and, yet, she left. She said I was a great person and the best person she has dated but yet everything comes to an end. I swore we would be together forever and when she did leave, I begged her to stay with me and talk things out but she had her mind set on other things. Things I do not know of and wish her the best of luck on for whatever they are. I'm sure God did it for a reason for just one or both of us. Yes, I still do love her, or maybe it's just the memories I've fallen in love. Whatever it is, it's still love. She showed me new things in this world that I've never experienced before. They were not bad, they were just quite normal for everyone in today's society. Yes I enjoyed the hugs, kisses, and holding hands, but I enjoyed something much more. It was her smile, laugh, and even just her company if we weren't doing anything. That's all in the past now and I do wish to relive it and be with her still but like I've said before God has a reason for everything. If she does read this or anybody else does, I hope they find it intriguing and enjoy a slice of life from my point of view. ~FIN
Hate can mean many things. Hate is a very powerful and yet destructive word. I have once heard of a saying that is true and it says something like, "To hate is to kill and to kill is to hate."
Addiction.
This is about heartbreak and how one can be destroyed and rebuilt, or how one can overcome it and say it's apart of my life. When a man falls in love and gets into a relationship, and their partner leaves them, they don't want to see, or deal with anything that brings up happy memories because that'll get him attached again. He knows that his partner is gone and of course he wants her back. Yet he has to let go because she will never come back to him again. Even if she does decide to come back, he might not want her back because he's afraid he is going to lose her again and feel the same pain he felt before. This pain can happen again and again but yet it's different with every person he dates.
Finding someone you love may be a hard thing to find, but if you give a little time and wait for someone to love you first then you'll be true to yourself.
